2. Our Products
2.1 Alcohol-Free Nature All products sold by Halal Mixology are 0.00% ABV, non-fermented, and Halal Certified. They are intended for consumption by individuals who wish to enjoy sophisticated, alcohol-free beverages.
2.2 Product Accuracy We take reasonable care to ensure descriptions and prices are correct. Images are for illustrative purposes; actual packaging may vary slightly.
3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability. A contract is formed between us only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order due to stock issues, payment authorization failure, or pricing errors.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Delivery Timeline We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. (Please note: “Working days” refers to Monday through Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.)
4.2 Delivery Locations We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. International delivery may be available upon request and subject to extra charges.
4.3 Delays While we strive to meet the 3-5 working day target, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or events outside our control (e.g., severe weather, strikes).
5. Returns and Replacements
5.1 Return Window You have 7 working days from the date you receive your order to request a return or replacement.
5.2 Eligibility To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The item must be unopened, sealed, and in its original condition.

You must have proof of purchase.

Perishable goods (if opened) cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
5.3 How to Initiate To start a return, contact us immediately at Info@halalmixology.com. We will provide instructions on how to send your package back to our Glasgow address.
6. Refunds
6.1 Processing Time Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
6.2 Payment Method The refund will be applied automatically to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, or bank transfer). Please note your bank may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
6.3 Damaged or Defective Goods If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 working days of receipt. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halal Mixology shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
