At Halal Mixology, we are committed to providing you with premium alcohol-free spirits of the highest quality. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancelling Before Dispatch If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at Info@halalmixology.com or call +44 07436356121.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.

If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our Returns procedure outlined below once you receive the package.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 Return Window You have 7 working days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
2.2 Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened and Sealed: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles or cans.

In Original Condition: The item must be in the original packaging and the same condition that you received it.

Proof of Purchase: You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2.3 How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email us at Info@halalmixology.com within the 7-day window. We will provide you with the return shipping address in Glasgow and instructions on how to send your package.

Please note: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Inspection and Approval Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the goods.
3.2 Refund Timeline If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.
3.3 Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund after 7 working days, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our glass bottles and cans. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective:

Report Immediately: Please notify us within 7 working days of receipt.

Evidence: Send photos of the damaged goods and packaging to Info@halalmixology.com.

Resolution: We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) to be processed within 7 working days.
