1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has dispatched containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages and Issues
Halal Mixology is committed to ensuring your products arrive in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately.

Reporting Window: You must report damaged or defective items within 7 working days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Resolution: Upon verification of the damage, we will arrange a replacement or refund within 7 working days.
5. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. (If you plan to ship internationally, you can add: “For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at Info@halalmixology.com for a custom quote.”)
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, redelivery fees may apply.

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
